From the moment I walked in, Dr. Harris and her staff have treated me with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Dr. Harris took the time to explain my injuries, my treatment plan, and what to expect throughout my recovery. She truly cares for her patients like family. I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care I have received. Even after my case is over, I plan to continue coming back for my alignments and chiropractic care. Thank you, Dr. Harris and the entire team, for everything you have done for me.

Earlier this year I had a reoccurring injury. It usually flares up every few years, this year it happened twice . The first time ,I went to The Joint and another chiropractor for 2 and a half weeks. I missed almost 2 weeks of work, so in September, it hit again, so I was able to make a Friday appointment. I went in and got a substantial amount relief after one visit. I took 1 day off to get another treatment. I only missed 1 day of work, by my choice. In May with 2 other chiropractors I missed almost 2 weeks. Unless I move, I'M NOT GOING TO ANYONE ELSE!. Dr Harris and her staff was great. I've been to several chiropractors in Georgia and Florida. She is the best that I've had and she gave me countless tips to prevent more painful flare upset. Thank you Doc !

Questions About Sports Injury Care

Before getting started, how can sports injury treatment support prevention prior to on-site work?

Core stability work can support prevention by improving control during activity. Arrowhead Clinic Chiropractor Garden City reviews movement mechanics, warmup routines, flexibility, and recovery habits during the evaluation. We then connect suitable exercises and chiropractic care to your goals. Prevention guidance cannot remove every injury risk, and individual response differs.

What happens during the first visit for an activity injury?

The first visit includes a health history, consultation, and movement-focused evaluation. We ask when symptoms began and which activity brings them.

  • We review past injuries and current concerns.
  • We check movement and joint function.
  • We discuss suitable care and upfront pricing.

The plan may include adjustments, corrective exercises, or wellness guidance.

Which warning signs need medical care first for Sports Injury Treatment?

Severe trauma, visible deformity, major weakness, or loss of bladder or bowel control needs urgent medical care first. Sports injury treatment is not a substitute for emergency evaluation. Tybee Island patients with serious symptoms should seek appropriate urgent care before scheduling chiropractic treatment. We can discuss chiropractic options after urgent concerns receive proper attention.

Why might flexibility affect recovery from activity pain?

Flexibility limits may change how joints and muscles handle repeated movement. We review the motion that feels restricted and relate it to your activity demands. Corrective exercises and mobility work may form part of the plan when they fit the evaluation. Results vary, so the right exercises depend on your symptoms and current function.

What changes the price of sports injury care for Sports Injury Treatment?

The evaluation, selected treatment methods, and care plan details change the price. Upfront pricing information explains the expected services before treatment begins. Chiropractic adjustments, corrective exercises, and soft tissue therapy may not apply to every patient. Ask our team to review the plan and cost for your specific concern.

Can chiropractic care support a return to exercise?

Chiropractic care may support a return to exercise when the evaluation shows that care fits the concern. Our team reviews pain, movement, activity demands, and recovery habits first. We may recommend adjustments, corrective exercises, or wellness guidance. Return decisions should follow your comfort and function, and individual response differs.
